Shipping Areas

Orders are only shipped to the US (only for 48 states) and Canada.

Shipping Fee

US: Free Shipping on all orders in the United States.

Canada: $50 shipping fee on all orders in the Canada.

Processing Time

Orders that have been successfully paid will be processed within one business day. However, during peak seasons, the processing time may take up to 2 or more days.

How long does delivery take?

  If product is stocked in the US, It will take 3-10 business days to deliver your address in the US.
(Note: If product is not stocked in the US the delivery time of products is subject to the arrival time. The arrival time is about 35-40 days)
  Order from Canada: The arrival time is about 35-40 days

How will my delivery be shipped?

Products will be carried by UPS or Fedex.

Change address

  Weekday orders are usually picked up by the courier within 48 hours and tracking numbers are normally provided within 72 hours.
  If you need to change your address, please contact customer service support@.com to check whether your order has been picked up. If not, we will attempt to change your address, but success is not guaranteed. Any resulting losses will be borne by the customer.
  If your order has already been picked up, you can not change your address regardless of whether you received a tracking number or have tracking information. Because in this case, the goods have been handed over to the courier company and their status is not under our control.

Inspection

  If tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, but you haven't actually received it, or if the products you received are damaged, please contact the our support center within 48 hours. When the package is delivered, we recommend you to take a complete video of the opening and check the items according to the packing list.

Note:

We are not responsible for any delays or rejections of orders due to:
1. Delivery to remote areas, delivery time may be delayed by 1-2 days.
2. Delay or delivery failure due to the behavior of the consignee. These behaviors include but are not limited to: canceling orders after shipment, changing addresses after shipment, entering unknown or wrong addresses, entering incorrect contact information, rejecting goods, etc.
3. Delay caused by force majeure. "Force majeure" refers to delays caused by unforeseen, unavoidable or insurmountable objective circumstances and other objective conditions, including but not limited to national or regional aviation or ground transportation system control or interruption (such as weather reasons), communication system interference or failure , government actions, changes in postal management policies, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rains, fog and other similar events.
4. Aviation contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile items and other products that cannot be transported by air due to aviation safety regulations.
5. Goods confiscated or disposed of due to violation of transportation regulations.
6. Mail and packages that cannot be delivered to the recipient's address during weekends and holidays.
7. The recipient's address is a school, work unit or residential area, and the courier cannot enter.

  Use the tracking number you received to visit the official website or tracking page of the respective courier company. After entering the tracking number, you will be able to view updates on the progress of your package and the estimated delivery time.
