Shipping Policy
Shipping Area:
We primarily ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. For addresses outside these regions, please contact us before ordering to discuss international shipping options.
Processing Time:
All paid orders are processed within one business day. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 2 days or more.
Delivery Time:
Large Packages (e.g., seat covers, floor mats):
Contiguous U.S.: 20–25 days
Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Protectorates, Canada, and Mexico: 30–40 days
Expedited Service: Available for an additional $50–$100, reducing delivery time by 15–25 days.
Small Packages (e.g., armrest covers):Delivered in about 10 days with free shipping.
Shipping Method:
Products are shipped via UPS or FedEx. In some cases, USPS or other carriers (e.g., for Hawaii addresses) may be used.
Address Changes:
To change your address, contact customer service at support@cosgood.com before your order is picked up. Once the order has been dispatched, address changes are not possible and any resulting losses are the customer’s responsibility.
Package Receipt:
If tracking shows the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it arrives damaged, please email us at support@cosgood.com within 48 hours. We recommend recording an unboxing video and checking the contents against the packing list.
Delay & Rejection Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:
Remote area deliveries (delays of 1–10 days).
Incorrect or incomplete recipient information (e.g., wrong address, refusal to accept delivery).
Force majeure events (weather, transportation issues, government actions, etc.).
Restrictions on shipping items (e.g., air contraband, fragile items prohibited by aviation regulations).
Deliveries on weekends or holidays, or inaccessible locations (e.g., schools, workplaces).
Order & Logistics Tracking:
Large Parcels (over 5kg): The standard shipping method is ocean freight. A tracking number is provided within a few days after order placement. It takes about 15 days for tracking updates during sea transit, followed by a 3–5 day final delivery via UPS/FedEx.
Expedited Shipping: Available via air for an additional cost.
Small Parcels: All are shipped by air with free tracking available on the carrier’s website.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. To cancel, please contact support@cosgood.com promptly. Once an order is in production or has shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may request a refund after receiving the item.
