Made for You: Our Process
Every seat cover we make is crafted just for you.
As a custom manufacturer, we begin production only after your order is placed. For most U.S. destinations, delivery takes approximately 25 days from order to arrival.
This page will walk you through the entire journey — from the moment you order to the day your custom seat covers arrive at your door.
Day 1: Your Order Is Logged and Scheduled for Production
-
-
Production ID Generated
Once your order is placed, our support team assigns it a unique production ID and adds it to our manufacturing schedule.
-
Materials Prepared & Preprocessed
That same day, all necessary materials and components are prepared.
Initial Processing
Days 2–3: Crafted to completion
-
-
Generally
Your order is typically completed by Day 2 or 3. -
With Additional Processes
If your order requires embroidery, such as a custom logo or your loved one's name, the production process will take an additional 2 days, completing by Day 4 or 5. -
Final Inspection and Packaging
After production, your product will be inspected and packaged the same day.
Days 4–7: Tracking number provided
-
-
Deliver to the freight forwarder
On Day 4, the freight forwarder will receive your package. -
Tracking number provided
A few days after delivery, the freight forwarder will provide the tracking number. It may be from UPS, FedEx, or in rare cases, another carrier.
Days 5–20: Your package completes sea transit.
-
-
Complete sea transit
This stage takes the longest. For U.S. destinations, it typically takes about 15 days. -
Hand over to the final carrier
Once the above process is complete, the package will be handed over to the tracking carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or another carrier.
Days 20–25: Delivery completed.
-
-
Package delivered by carrier
Once the carrier receives the package, they begin transit and update the tracking information.
All days above are business days and will be extended in case of holidays.
Delivery times may be longer for remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, and certain locations in Canada.
Standard shipping for large items follows this process, including products like seat covers, floor mats, and trunk mats. Smaller items, such as armrest covers, are not subject to this timeline.
Updates on Tracking Number
-
-
Once you receive the tracking number, you can check it on the FedEx or UPS website.
As displayed in the image on the left -
This status will remain for 14–20 days. During this time, the tracking number will not update as FedEx or UPS has not yet received your package. Your package is currently in production and sea transit.
-
-
After 15–20 days, once FedEx or UPS receives your package, they will begin the final delivery. As shown in the image on the left. -
Once tracking updates resume, it means your package is just a few days away. You can check the latest status anytime on the official carrier website.
