Notes:

  You must contact the Support Center before returning a purchased item. Returns without authorization or post-delivery charges will not be accepted. If the return is not received by the warehouse due to customer or logistics reasons, we will not issue a refund. You have 7 days from the date you receive the return authorization information to return the product; otherwise, the return process window will close.

Damages and issues

  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

  If your return is accepted, please send the item to our warehouse. Please email us to tell us your the package tracking number and shipping bill. We will refund you half of the shipping fee via your original payment channel after receiving your package.
  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancel the order

  If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service .com to check whether your order has been shipped. If not, we will attempt to cancel the order and funds will be refunded to your original payment channel. Processing usually takes 3-7 business days. But that doesn't guarantee success. Any resulting losses will be borne by the customer. If your order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it regardless of whether you receive a tracking number or tracking information. In this case, the goods have been handed over to the courier company and their status is beyond our control. If you still want to cancel your order, you can choose to refuse delivery upon arrival and request a refund. We will process the refund within 10 working days after confirming receipt of the returned package, deducting the return shipping fee. If the warehouse does not receive the package rejected by the customer, whether due to customer reasons or logistics reasons, we will not refund.
